Steamboat Springs – cowboy country!

Our first stop after Boulder was Steamboat Springs, CO. This place really only came onto our radar as it is where Big Agnes makes their awesome tents – and we had one of them. We stayed for a few days to get into the swing of things and it was a pretty cool town.

The KOA at Steamboat was real quiet at this time of year (end of May). We tried one site, but it was  still boggy from snowmelt, so we ended up on the other side of the river and had an awesome site.
